Does this terrify anyone else?

I'm not really in the pay bracket yet to be worried about which high fashion designer I would wear, but I'm pretty sure that, after this ad, Vivienne Westwood is out of the running... I'm not sure who thought Pamela Andersen would be a good model for this campaign, but what I can only assume was intended to come across as tough and edgy is just... scary...
